Mr. Pusuluri’s journey in technology and education began in 1998, when he started training the next generation of software testing professionals — long before the industry recognized how critical quality engineering would become.
Over more than two decades, that vision grew into a movement that has transformed the careers of over 70,000 professionals across the globe. With deep expertise in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance, he has worked across roles including Test Engineer, Test Lead, Test Manager, Corporate Trainer, Consultant, and Published Author — bringing enterprise-level experience into every solution he creates.
His technical mastery spans tools like Selenium, Playwright, QTP/UFT, Appium, LoadRunner and languages including Java, Python, Ruby, Perl. His books, published by Wiley India and Dreamtech Press, serve as university-prescribed reference texts.
Today his curriculum extends into Generative AI for testing and modern Playwright-based automation — equipping a new generation of engineers with the same rigor he’s applied for 25+ years, now augmented by autonomous agents.
Having mentored thousands at Mind Q Systems and Magnitia, he built a reputation as one of the most trusted and impactful educators in software testing in India and beyond.
